My name is Yeshim and I help teams and leaders unlock insight, strengthen collaboration, and achieve lasting performance.
With over 15 years’ experience as a coach and facilitator inside organisations, I’ve seen what truly helps people and teams thrive.
Drawing on experience from global corporates to fast-growing tech companies, and my background as an Agile Coach, I bring an iterative, human-centred approach to how teams learn, collaborate, and grow - creating spaces where insight meets action.
I design and lead experiences that bring clarity, alignment, and renewed energy - whether through coaching engagements, leadership programmes, or team off-sites.
I’m based in Spain, near Barcelona and Girona. I work remotely with clients worldwide. Potential to travel too.

Why Insight Really Matters
The teams and individuals who thrive share one thing in common:
Self awareness and insight into themselves and each other
Clear goals, roles, and visions matter but there’s one area that, if left to chance, can undermine everything else. It’s the part many leaders don’t have the skills, knowledge, or support to address. And it’s often the reason individuals eventually choose to leave a company.
Neglecting team dynamics lowers team performance and increases risks in conflict and disengagement (CIPD Good Work Index 2024).
That’s why I start with insight-driven coaching.
